First time

It's my first post on my first blog. Woohoo right? I thought this would be interesting to write all my workouts down for other people to read. Why do people even care? I've been keeping track of all my Crossfit workouts since I started but I won't post all of them on here. As I do daily workouts, those will be posted and of course my PR's.

I thought the row would be harder but I got done pretty fast. Thrusters were pretty easy and I should have taken more advantage of that knowing I would be slower at the pullups. I got my first 5 pullups strung together. After that, it was ones and twos. Frustrating because I feel like it should not be so hard. =(
I can hear my mom's voice in my head, "practice, practice, practice". Yeah yeah....
Next time I should be able to be faster on pullups and get the time down in the 10 min. range somewhere.
