Whoh


I had a feeling we would be doing Thrusters tonight for Strength day. And I was right. I wasn't looking forward to them at all since we did 50 thrusters already yesterday. and I just don't feel that comfortable with them still.

I finished up with only getting to 45kg. And since this is my first time doing this heavy thrusters, it's a PR. =) It's kinda funny when you first start Crossfit, every time you do a workout, it's a PR. Those days will continue for a while, but not long.

I'm very excited to report that during the month of April I worked out a total of 19 days with 11 days off. My goal was to work out 5 times a week every week. Didn't quite make that but it was close. I also keep a workout calendar on my frig that I write all my workouts on...mainly for inspiration to keep going. I scanned it in last night. Kinda cool.
