went to the hotel gym today to do my workout in there this time, even though they don't have any dumbells, they do have a treadmill.

This workout was much better than earlier in the week. I'm feeling back to normal. I felt I could push myself harder in the workout and had the energy to do it. Been eating clean so far since I've been in Cali and I plan on keeping it up. I'm probably feeling a bit more energized also because it's sunny here and I've been able to get out and enjoy it. That always does a supercharge to my engines!!!
