I haven't posted here in a while...mostly because I haven't worked out in a while. Here is my WOD from June 3rd.

Then I went out of town to LA to pickup our new car. yeah we got a sweet deal at an auto auction on an 05 Audi Allroad 4.2. We have an 02 Allroad right now. This is a sweet car. I just love driving a V8. WOO HOO. It was a fun but quick trip. I didn't workout for a few days. (and ate kinda bad.) Got back on Monday, went to the workout Tuesday night. and it was bad. First time ever I haven't finished a workout. It wasn't that the workout was rough or hard. I think it was my bad eating. After one round, my body was screaming at me and I felt I might violently puke my guts out. I stopped and sat down so I didn't. But the urge was there for about 10 minutes. Heather said I could try to keep going but would listen to my body. I did and it said to stop. It was the weirdest thing ever. I still felt crappy the whole rest of the evening too.
Well then we were headed out of town for another trip to Cali, this time for 13 days. Sweet news is that we just got to San Francisco today and I got to lay in the sun for about an hour. Priceless! I'm planning on working out tonight. This hotel doesn't have much in the way of a gym. It use to have free weights but I checked it out and they've replaced it with a huge machine that takes up way too much space. It looks fancy but there's no way I'm using it. so looks like my workout will consist of exercises that don't require any equipment. I'll have to make do until Monday when we get to San diego. The resort we'll be at there has a sweet fitness facility complete with free weights, medicine balls and a pullup bar. Yahoo! doubt they have any chalk though.
