After a 10 day business trip to California and 7 days knocked out with a bad flu, I finally made it back into the gym!!!! I've had constant morning sickness for a couple weeks now but am learning how to keep it under the radar. Still feeling a bit of the flu lurking in my body but I couldn't wait another day to do a workout.

Found it hard to go slower to keep my heart rate mildly low (if that's even possible in a crossfit workout), but after the first round I found a good pace. I'm taking more breathing breaks and water breaks, but the exercises themselves still feel strong.
