This was hilarious. No way I could do this workout and "go slow" to keep my heart rate down. These short workouts are too intense to do that. I did take a lot of breaks but didn't see much of a change in heart rate while I stopped.
Felt better after this workout than earlier in the week. Didn't get a headache afterwards. Still not sleeping very well right now. Not sure what that's about. Energy has been better the last few days now that I can feel the flu finally being knocked out of my body.
