As Many Rounds in 20 min.
All 20 lb DB - except I used a bar with 18.5kg because they didn't have enough DB
9 Hang Power Cleans
9 Front Squats
9 Push Press
9 Pushups
9 Weighted Situps
7 Rounds
Overall Feeling - Great energy in the morning.
Sleep - 10 hours of great sleep
Morning sickness - Didn't feel any today, just felt hungry
Headaches - Came at noon, stayed until workout.
