Feeling slower, more winded, took more breaks than ever. Hard to keep heart rate down on this workout. But overall felt really good to workout.
Overall Feeling - Great energy in the morning again.
Sleep - 10 hours of decent sleep (after 2 nights of horrible sleep)
Morning sickness - Felt a little, ate more often because I felt hungrier than normal.
Headaches - Came at 3ish. Gone after the workout.
Nap - none
