Day 4 of eating paleo - And did 5 workouts this week. yeah! I'm rockin. A few more days of paleo and I know I will see a difference in my workouts. Today was fun.

Instructions were to split everything up with your partner. You can decide who does what and in what order. The only rule was you had to at least do one of each item. Our strategy worked out quite well. She did way more running that I did because I hate it and she didn't mind. Any I took more of the d-ball slams and swings. The order was important too. Glad I started out with Wall balls. I had them last to begin with, then I remembered how horrible they are at the end of workouts. yikes. Overall, it felt great and went faster than I thought.
