Traveled again to san francisco this last week, probably for the last time....well for that specific event. Took my workout clothes but didn't workout, and also didn't eat the best. I didn't eat totally horrible just not great. Coming home and working out today was tough. I was SO slow. I can definetly feel the effects of the carbs in my system. I'm making a new commitment.....and some new goals. I don't have any travel plans in the next month so my schedule can support me in the new goals.

Goal #1 - Eat strict paleo for 1 week or more
Goal #2 - 10 or more Real pushups in a row
Goal #3 - Learn butterfly kip or frog kip
Goal #4 - 1 or more BW OHS
Goal #5 - Get bodyfat tested
Goal #6 - One month of consistent workouts - 3 metcons, 2 strength/week
