Our workout today was similar to the one at the games, although different. I'd love to try the workouts they did at the games except I know I probably can't do do chest to the bar pullups yet. But this one was fun. For once, I didn't do burpees on my knees!

Felt good. I'm so excited to be doing full pushups now. And full burpees. Finally some improvement on my technique!!!
