Today we did Cindy. I've done this twice now. The last 2 times doing this workout, I was still using the bands for my pullups. This time I did the pullups with no band. It felt pretty good. My weak spot is definetly the pushups. I'm interested in figuring out what I need to do to develop those better....and faster. I was getting prety frustrated that I was going so slow with the pushups and only got 11 rounds. But I do feel good about the pullups.
