Back squats felt great again this week. My form is excellent! OHP was not so good. Don't think it was my form at all but probably because I did 50 seated OHP in my workout yesterday. Was still a little sore. But I've only done up to 30 kg and I got up to 31 kg easily. I'm excited to do these again.
