Skills Practice - Butterfly kip....got the motion down, just need a tiny bit more practice and I'll be getting chin above the bar every time.
Also worked on ring dips. Can't do real ones yet, but I did 15 seated ring dips (so feet all the way extended in front - rings low to ground - 1 ft maybe. This seemed to be a great way to practice the stability and still required strength. My arms are pretty sore from just doing 15.
