Yup. that is right....5 rounds of Cindy EACH round of this workout. Whoh. This took me 31 min. oh man. I was already super tired and sore from FGB and Thursdays workout. I'm surprised it didn't feel too terrible. Probably because I was going so slow and not really pushing it. Barely ripped my hands on 75 pullups...not too bad, not too bad.
