WOD
AMRAP in 20 min.
7 Swings
7 Burpees
7 KTE
9 rounds

Almost quit, almost went home, almost cried. This was horrible. Sheer madness. I had 2 rips on my hands from Lazy Murph yesterday. Thought they wouldn't be a problem, they usually aren't....even on the day after. I put bandaids on and tape. But right above my rips are tiny mountains of skin and these hurt like hell when I touched the bar. It wasn't even the open part that was painful, just the mountain of skin. So I went SOOOOOOO slow on this because the KTE just took forever. I had to take the tape off and the bandaids. I'm pretty pissed at this workout. Next time when my hands are like this, I'm just going home. It would be nice for a workout that was using the barbell or dumbbells....anything but the pullup bar AGAIN. Funny thing is....the workout tomorrow will probably have more pullups.
