this workout was interesting....my first garage workout.
As many rounds in 20 min.
100m Sprint (on wet crooked pavement)
10 Thrusters (25 lb dumbbells)
10 Renegade Rows (25 lb dumbbells)
I did 8 rounds...held back a lot because the garage and pavement were so slippery. Didn't want to create an unnecessary injury. And the dumbbells were heavy doing thrusters after the cleans from yesterday. Oh well, that is Crossfit and I love it.
