Pushing through

Been feeling sick the last few days. I was surprised how well I did on the metcon workout last night. However, strength day was hard today...just wasn't feeling it.

Overhead Squats demo
5 sets of max reps - 35kg
9-7-4-7-8 = 35
Total kg - 1225 Total pounds - 2695

The goal of this is to be able to do 5 sets of max rep BODYWEIGHT overhead squats. Kinda feel that is a long way off for me, but I'll train for it. I only did 35kg this time and bodyweight for me would be 65kg. Yikes. These are definetly a weakness....for now. =)
