I'm pretty proud of myself this week. Did 5 Crossfit workouts in a row, Mon-Fri. Taking Saturday and Sunday off. Hopefully there will be a Refugee CF workout scheduled for sometime Monday although it's Memorial Day.
I've watched a lot of videos and read a lot of posts on the Crossfit website lately. People are ramping up for the games in July. It's really exciting. I'm not going this year but it would be a lot of fun to go compete. I want to train to be as good as someone like Jolie Gentry. She is bad ass.
So what do I have to do to get there? Not sure. Keep training I know. Train harder. I'll ask my coach. First things first, we need a dang gym to train in but that's coming, July 1st!!
I'm going to think of some goals to set in my training. First of all, I'd like to know what the heck is wrong with my shoulders so I can get my pullups perfected. Oh and there are the dreaded pushups. I don't dread them because they are hard, something doesn't feel right in the shoulders when I do them. We'll see what Dr. Diroche has to say next Wednesday about that.
I'd like to get my total up. Deadlifts seem to be a strength of mine but I definetly need to get my Press and Back Squat stronger.
Saving the worst for last, running. I don't have anything to say about that other than I need help!!
