Watch the palms

I'm always a little nervous working out the day after I rip all my callouses. Well, that was today. I went to workout anyway despite having miserably painful palms. And it turned out to be not so bad.

5 L Arm Turkish Getups (20lb)
5 R Arm Turkish Getups (20lb)
15 Wall balls (12lb)
5 Rounds

I made it through the workout but still can't do any around the house. What the heck will I do today?? Cooking is ok. And I suppose I'll work on finishing a book I'm reading.
