Solo

I was very excited we were working out at the lake today because it was gorgeous and warm outside. I ran the 1.5 miles to the meeting spot. it felt great, the wind was blowing across the lake. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. I was a lil bummed when I saw no one else show up, but then realized I got 2 trainers all to myself. =) And I got some great coaching today.

I loved this workout. It felt good, even though I am so sore already. Oh well. I was surprised my hands ripped though. I think it was those stupid rings I did the knees to elbows on. They were funky. Looking forward to working out tomorrow again at the lake with the crew. And also looking forward to a bath tonight with sea salts for my sore muscles! Woot.
