I'm pretty sure Craig came up with this workout because of conversations in the gym lately about doing "Murph". Murph is a crazy workout...1 mile run, 100 Pullups, 200 Pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. The conversation was, "When are we going to do Murph?" The answer was something like, "We don't do many long runs, so we'll start training for that by doing some longer runs." Not very exciting if you ask me, I hate running. At least it was sunny out!
Monday Workout....
1200m Run
30 Burpees
30 Swings
800m Run
20 Burpees
20 Swings
400m Run
10 Burpees
10 Swings
Time - 25:13
It actually didn't feel that terrible. I thought it would be worse. Add to the hard workout that I've been sick for 4 days and I was a little nervous about just finishing. It felt more like 40 min. but I did it!
